📋 1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 20 per application.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of your neng4d account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX are typically processed within 15–60 minutes on business days.

5.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain amount, neng4d may require you to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC). Documents that may be required include:

• A copy of a valid MyKad or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment method used

5.3 Bonus Fund Withdrawal

Funds derived from bonuses and promotions are subject to the rollover (wagering) requirements stated in each promotion before they can be withdrawn. Original deposit funds (non-bonus) that have not been used may be withdrawn at any time without any rollover requirement.
